Domestic Shipping:
Goth Gift Baskets uses Fedex for domestic shipping. Our costs for shipping materials (boxes, those little styrofoam peanut things, etc.) are minimal, and are included in the cost of an arrangement. We don't charge handling fees, that's just lame.
Fedex does not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to ship a Goth Gift Basket to a friend or loved one stationed overseas, consider using a package forwarding service like ShipItAPO
International Shipping:
Sorry, we do not accept orders for international delivery at this time.
Returning Entire Baskets:
GothGiftBaskets.com will happily to refund your money if you are not satisfied with the
gift basket you ordered. Keep in mind that this policy applies to complete, unopened
baskets only! If you would like to return a basket, please
contact us and describe the problem.
We will ask you to send the entire basket back to us and
we will refund the cost of the basket (not including
shipping charges). Please note however
that we charge a 15% restocking fee. All baskets must be returned intact, meaning:
nothing is missing, no items are opened, nothing has been consumed, etc.. If an item is
missing, opened, or shows signs of use, the basket will be considered not intact.
Baskets returned not intact will be subject to a 25% re-arrangement fee (in addition to
the restocking fee).
Returning Individual Items:
We will not refund the cost of individual items within your basket. Though, we will replace
individual items if you contact us first.
Replacing Individual Items:
We are more than happy to replace individual items that you received broken or defective,
at no extra charge. Please contact us,
stating which item you want replaced and what seems to be the problem. We will then
ask you to send the item back, so we may effectively replace the item.
Exceptions:
Keep in mind however, there are certain items we will not replace:
Candy -
We cannot correct candy problems after the basket has been shipped.
If you have any concerns about flavors or ingredients,
or if you would like to switch out a certain type of candy BEFORE your basket ships,
please contact us at: sales@gothgiftbaskets.com so we can tailor your basket to your liking. Likewise, you may make note of special requests in the space provided on the order form, during checkout.
Earrings and Body Jewelry -
For health considerations, we simply cannot replace earrings or body jewelry.
Substitutions:
GothGiftBaskets.com will allow you substitute certain items for different ones. However,
after your basket has shipped, we will be unable to accommodate substitution requests.
If you would like to
substitute certain items in a particular basket please contact us at
sales@gothgiftbaskets.com BEFORE
placing your order, so we may adjust the price of the basket accordingly.
Contact Us First:
We will not refund the cost of a basket, or replace individual items UNLESS YOU
CONTACT US BEFOREHAND!
